Welcome to My Center
My Center is a privately owned, community-based, and inclusive Day Program servicing adult individuals experiencing life with a developmental disability, and/or dual diagnosis.
My Center offers a wide range of recreational activities, socialization, hands-on life skills education, independence skill-building, and transferrable vocational skills.
My Center features a large yard for outdoor gatherings and sports, while our indoor facility offers many different areas for other recreational and educational opportunities - including a movie lounge, games room, kitchen, computer lab, and gymnasium.
My Center is located in an easily accessible location that is central within the Sudbury Community. My Center is also within walking distance of Bell Park, and a short drive to Science North, and Lake Laurentian Conservation.
My Center provides our community the “missing link” for those individuals who are not in need of complex one-on-one support, or high behavioural interventions.

My Center is thrilled to announce that we will be attending The Basement Fitness weekly starting February 2023!
